城市居住景观是城市人居环境的重要空间和组成实体，是由城市居民的生活、交往、工作及游憩等一系列相关的聚居活动共同组成的景观整体，是城市人居环境的一个新的研究领域。本文以大连市南关岭街道为例，借助于期望感知理论和Visual Co-plot Version方法评析了城市居民对周围居住景观环境的满意程度。研究发现，城市居民对居住景观中的实际感知与期望表现出显著差异性，对街道级远景和住宅级近景的认知需求评价逐步提高。 - 关键词：
期望；感知；差异；居住景观；南关岭街道； - Abstract: Urban habitat landscape is the important space and composition entities of human environment, which is formed a whole landscape by residents抣ife, exchanges, work and recreation and other related activities. It is a new field in urban human environment study. This article assesses the satisfaction of residents to urban landscape environment around themselves with expectation and perception theory and Visual Co-plot Version method, based on Nanguanling Street in Dalian. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant difference in residents抏xpectation and perception to habitat landscape, and the cognitive demand is increasing from street landscape to housing landscape.
