- 摘要：
作为资源枯竭型城市的徐州，由于长期
的煤炭开采，在城市边缘地区形成了大
量的采煤塌陷地。由于数量庞大，分布零
散，塌陷地已经形成半包围徐州城区的
格局，严重限制了城市建设和发展。文章
总结了徐州矿区采煤塌陷地的形成机理
和时空发展特征及其带来的一系列问题，
并在生态文明和城乡协调发展的思想指
导下，探讨了采煤塌陷地生态修复的规
划思路和方法。最后结合具体实例，完成
了徐州九里矿区采煤塌陷地生态修复规

subsidence and urban sustainable development
is one of the major problems
needed to be solved in mining cities. On
the basis of a large quantity of investigation,
this paper summarizes the fundamental
information of subsidence land in Xuzhou
mining area, and analyzes series of
economic, social and environmental problems
caused by land subsidence. Then,
under the guidance of the idea of ecological
civilization, it makes an in-depth study
on planning of subsidence land’s ecological
restoration in Xuzhou Mining Area,
taking “industrial transition”, “strategy on
ecological restoration” and “integrating
coal mining area, urban area and rural area
development” as three main aspects.
