- 摘要：
作为一份历史叙述，文章从概念和场所
两个角度阐述CBD 的历史发展：作为概
念的CBD ，人们对其理解主要从城市形
态和经济发展出发；作为场所的CBD ，
20世纪末之前的CBD历史是一部发展、
衰弱和复兴的历史。文章提出一个问
题，即在信息和全球化时代，如何去重
新定义C B D——一个工业化时代的产
物，并做了初步探索，但是这个问题的
答案在目前而言还远非清晰，有待于信
息化和全球化发展趋势的进一步明朗。 - 关键词：
CBD；概念；场所； - Abstract: This article is a historical
narrative. It approaches CBD as a concept
and place: as a concept, CBD is understood
from the perspectives of urban
form and economic development; as a
place, CBD's history until the end of 20th
century has been written of its rise, decline
and resurrection. This article suggests
a question, that is, how to redefine
CBD - an industrial artifact - in an infoglobal
era. Its answer is far from clear
for the moment, depending on further
development of info-globalization.
