- 基于边缘视域的山地滨水空间土地利

- 摘要：
山地滨水空间是山地滨水城市的重要
发展空间和公共开放空间，具有典型的
水陆结合部边缘性特征。文章针对当前
山地滨水空间土地利用中出现的山地
滨水生态敏感区被恣意占用、土地利用
类型单一、土地超强度开发、山地滨水
景观风貌受到破坏等现象，基于边缘视
域的角度，在剖析山地滨水空间边缘性
特征的基础上，提出基于环境边缘区与
建设边缘区内在生态关联的规划设计
理念与方法，着重从土地利用形态、土
地利用类型以及土地利用强度三个方
面进行分析与控制，并提出了基于“四
线”管控的具体土地利用规划导引措

is an important development and public
open space in a mountainous city, with
the typical integration characteristics of
land Cand water. There are many phenomena
at the current mountainous waterfront
space, including the occupance
of the ecosystem sensitive area, the single
land us etyp e, the exc es s ive land
developmentand the damage of waterfront
landscape. According to fringe
effect, this article introduces a new kind
of programming design principle and
method based on ecosystem connection
of fringe area after analyzing the foundation
of the mountainous waterfront
space characteristics, in which the landing
appearance, land use types and land
use strength and emphasize to analysis
and control, and provides “four lines”
land use controlling measures.
