改革开放30 年之于中国，可谓岁月峥
嵘，万象更新。我国的城市规划行业
也随之有了30 年的伟大变革、30 年的
春华秋实。市属规划院的发展历程就
是城市规划行业嬗变的最直接写照。
本文调取了沈阳市规划设计研究院3 0
年存档项目的数据及信息，准确记录
了这座城市的规划编制历程，也从一
个特别的视角回眸审视我国城市规划
行业30 年的发展变迁，以期对未来城
市规划行业发展提出审慎的判断和理
性的思考。 - 关键词：

planning is the epitome of the development
of urban planning in China. The
authors collect the project information in
the last 30 years from Shenyang Urban
Planning Design and Research Institute.
The information records the development
process of planning-making for the city
of Shenyang. Bas ed o n the ab ove
information, the authors examine the
evolution of urban planning in China and
provide dedicate thought on the development
of urban planning in the future.
