- 摘要：
以南京市金陵监狱地区为例，以GIS 分
析技术为手段，选取影响该地区土地
开发和城乡建设的高程、坡度、坡向、
洪水、地质、水域、植被七个因子作
为衡量指标，通过定性定量相结合的
方法，进行了土地适宜性评价，在此
基础上将该地区划分为规划调控区、引导开发区和严格保护区，制定了相
应的土地开发策略，对总体规划、土
地利用规划和城乡建设具有重要的引
导作用。 - 关键词：
土地适宜性；空间管制；GIS；金陵监； - Abstract: The paper takes the Jinling
prison area in Nanjing as an example,
with GIS technology as the main means,
select the following seven factors as
measurable indicators that influence the
land development and urban and rural
construction in the region: elevation,
slope, aspect, floods, geology, water,
vegetation, and make the land suitability
assessment through a combination of
qualitative and quantitative methods.
Based on these analyses, the area is classified
as planning controlled zones, guiding
development zones and strictly protected
areas, and the corresponding land
development strategy are given, which
plays an important guiding role in the
master planning, land use planning and
urban construction.
