经过多年快速发展, 珠江三角洲地区目
前正面临着跨界冲突及区域协调的严
峻挑战，区域发展的种种重大问题、冲
突和矛盾在“行政区- 跨界冲突- 区域
协调”这一主题下交织与渗透，使跨界
冲突的稳定、协调与创新机制变得极为
重要。隐性跨界冲突作为一种特殊的跨
界冲突，存在着制度冲突、文化冲突和
社会排斥三种类型。隐性跨界冲突及其
协调中始终贯穿着市场、政府和文化三
股力量，相互耦合，共同构成隐性跨界
冲突的协调机制。 - 关键词：

over the last three decades, the Pearl
River Delta (PRD) region faces the rigorous
challenges of interjurisdictional
conflicts and coordination at present. The
problems, conflicts and contradictions of
regional development interlace under the
theme o f “adminis trative regio n -
interjurisdictional conflict - regional
coordination”, thus stresses the importance
of the stabilization, coordination
a nd inn o v at io n me c h an isms o f
interjurisdictional actions in the PRD
region. In this study, three types of implicit
interjurisdictional conflict (i.e. institutional
conflict, cultural conflict and
s o c ial exc lus io n) are addres s ed .
Furthermore, marketable, governmental
and c ultural forces imp enetrate in
interjurisdictional actions, which forms
t h e me c h a n i sms o f imp li c i t
int erju ris d ic tio nal c o n flic ts a nd
coordination.
