文章分析了赣榆县的空间利用特征，
找出空间发展中存在的问题，分析了
空间发展的趋势和影响因素，并提出
了区域空间分类指导、城镇空间集聚
发展、产业空间协调对接和基础设施
共建共享等空间发展战略措施。 - 关键词：

features of space in Ganyu, the
existing problems, tendency, influencing
factors in the spatial development, and
suggests such strategic measures as regional
spatial classified guidance, agglomeration
development of urban space,
industrial space coordination, infrastructure
co-construction and sharing.
