为了解决机动化带来的停车问题，在我国推动停车产业化发展是大势所趋。以目前的情况看，广州市公共停车场兴建速度较慢。究其原因是政府优惠政策不到位。本文阐述国内外公共停车政策研究与发展状况，以及公共停车场项目投资优惠政策存在的问题的基础上，提出了实行优惠政策的必要性。最后，提出了一些促进停车产业化发展的政策建议。 - 关键词：

we must in develop Parking industrialization
in China. In the current situation,
the Guangzhou municipal public parking
builds slowly. The reason is the government
policy to encourage is not in
place. This paper described progress of
the research in public parking policy at
home and abroad,and the problems of the
public parking project investment preferential
policies, and noted the necess
aries of the p referential po licies .
Finally, we raised some policy to promote
the development parking industrial.
