“5·12”汶川地震导致四川省部分城乡
大面积受灾，造成重大的经济损失和人
员伤亡。地震发生后，作者在收集媒体
资料的同时，奔赴灾区对灾情特征和灾
后重建工作进行了实地调研。作者发现
不同的城乡居民点因其空间距离和居民
点自身属性的影响，在地震中受灾程度
不一；震后安置与重建工作，取得了很
大成绩，但也有安置区选址不当、公共
配套服务设施配置不当以及重建制度保
障等问题。最后，从城乡灾害风险规避
和规划管理的角度，阐述了从汶川地震
中应吸取的经验教训。 - 关键词：

affected a large area, causing great
economic losses and casualties. This paper
aims to study the impact structures
of the earthquake and the reconstruction
process of earthquake affected areas,
based on field investigation. The findings
show that the damages of different
settlements are different because of different
influencing factors such as a distance
from an epicenter and the attributes
of the settlements. There are also some
problems in the aspects of constructing
temporal housing and reconstruction.
Finally, some lessons are given from the
earthquake.
