服务业外包是当前经济全球化背景下国
际产业转移的新特征, 是国际分工协作
的一种新形势。本文在分析了南京市服
务业外包发展的现状的基础上，阐述了
发展过程中遇到的问题，并对对南京市
服务业外包发展策略进行了探索性的研

outsourcing is a new characteristic of
international economic transition against
the background of globalization. It's also
a new trend of international division and
cooperation. After analyzing the present
situation of outsourcing in the service
sector of the city of Nanjing, and expounding
the problems in the development
process, this article researches the
s trategy o f the s ervic e s ec to r’s
outsourcing of the city of Nanjing.
