徐州矿区工人村作为一个因矿业而形成发展起来的工人聚居区，不仅仅是徐州矿业历史发展的见证，也从侧面体现了社会经济发展不同时期的特征。文章从分析徐州矿区工人村现状入手，分析了其在新形势下所处的状态以及面临的发展困境，在此基础上提出了相应的更新措施和规划治理的相关指导措施。 - 关键词：

which has been formed due to development
of mining industry worker villages
in Xuzhou¡¯s mining areas is not only the
historical testimony of Xuzhou¡¯s mining
industry, but also has manifested its social
and economic processes. It is the
historical zone that has obviously industrial
cultural value. The article presents
the situatio n of worker villages in
Xuzhou¡¯s mining areas, analyzes the difficulties
under the new age which now
is facing. The author finally has proposed
some renewal measures.
