- 摘要：
城市边缘区是城市化的前沿地区，是城乡
作用力交织碰撞的地域空间，同时也是城
市建设发展中变化最大、发展最迅速、问
题最多和最敏感的地区。本文从城市规划
专业的角度，分析城市边缘区的土地应用
特征、城市边缘区规划时应注意的问题，
并对城市边缘区的规划提出建议。 - 关键词：
城市化；城市边缘区；分区规划； - Abstract: Urban fringe is the front-edge
area of urbanization, is the interleaving
geographical space of urban and rural
areas, but also is the areas with great
changes in the development of urban
construction, the largest and fastest
growing, with many questions and the
most sensitive areas. This article analyzes
the characteristics of urban fringe
land use, and the attentive problems of
urban fringe, and provides several planning
suggestions of urban fringe from the
professionals in urban planning.
