为缓解用地紧张局面, 许多大中型城市
大规模开发利用地下空间, 由此引发的
环境工程地质问题也日趋严重，开展地
下空间开发利用可能存在的不利影响研
究具有重要实际意义。本文从对地下水
环境的影响、对岩土体的影响和对临近
建筑物和管线的影响，以及导致的地质
灾害等方面分析了城市地下空间开发利
用中的潜在不利影响，并提出促进城市地下空间资源可持续开发利用的对策建

城市地下空间；不利影响；环境地质；对策； - Abstract: In order to alleviate the contradictory
of urban land, large-scale underground
space has been developed and used,
and the environmental engineering geological
problems are becoming serious day by
day. So it has important practical significance
to strengthen the research of the negative
effects in the urban underground space.
This paper analyzes the negative effects of
the development and utilization of urban
underground space, from the influence of
the underground water environment, the
influence of the gneiss, the influence of the
approached buildings and the pipeline, and
the geological disasters. At last, the paper
proposes the prevention way and the measures
of the negative effects in the construction
of the urban underground space.
