运用GIS的分析方法，通过对比分析不同
时期兰州市城市总体规划中的四类用地
实施效果发现：（1）在多组团城市中，城
市规划如果对该城市的某一组团在做城
市规划方案时有很明确的城市职能定
位，那么该类职能的城市规划用地实施
效果比其他承担综合职能组团的城市规
划实施效果要好；（2）从选取的四类用
地来看，不管是在计划经济时期还是改
革开放以来，工业用地的实施效果最
好，而居住用地和仓储用地的实施效果
都比较差；（3）计划经济时期的城市总体规划对城市物质空间安排的实施效果
并不比改革开放以来的实施效果要好。 - 关键词：
总体规划；城市规划实施；兰州市； - Abstract: Using GIS analysis method,
after a comparative analysis of implementation
effect of four categories landuse
of master planning of Lanzhou in different
time, the main results are as
follows: Firstly, in multi-group cities, if
we had a definite function orientation for
some group of a city when the planning
schemes are established, the implementation
effect of land planning for undertaking
the definite function is much better
than that of the groups undertaking
the comprehensive function; Secondly,
whether in planned economy period or
since the reform and opening, the implementation
effect of industrial land is the
best, but the implementation effect of
residential land and land-use of storage
are much worse among the four categories
of land chosen; Thirdly, the implementation
effect of the arrangement of
urban planning fo r urban sp ac e in
planned economy period is not obviously
better than that of since the reform and
opening.
