旅游资源资本化是一种以价值为导向的
旅游资源开发管理的理念和方法，旅游
资源资本化规划可以为旅游区的开发建
设实践提供指导和依据，是旅游发展规
划的重要组成部分。本文以山东泗水泉
林泉群风景区为例，具体探讨了旅游资
源资本化规划的方法、模式等问题。 - 关键词：
旅游资源；资本化；规划； - Abstract: The capitalization of tourism resources
is a concept and method of development
management which takes the value
as direction. This planning is able to offer
the guidance and basis for practice in construction
of tourism area, which is an important
component of the tourism development
planning. The scenic spot of spring
water in Shandong are taken as an example
to study the methods and modes of this
planning.
