本文承接“精明增长”的内涵提出了灰
色用地的概念，阐述了灰色用地的分
类，探讨了灰色用地规划的内容和方
法，明确了灰色用地的选区方法、提出
了灰色用地的规划过程与特征。 - 关键词：

concept by "smart growth", describes the
classification of land, discusses the content
and metho ds of grey land-use
