以江苏省连云港市为例，在界定城市规划建设创新内涵的基础上，结合连云港的实际情况，提出了该市建设领域进行规划创新、科技创新、产业创新和创新空间载体建设的主要任务和体制机制创新策略。研究旨在为创新型城市的规划和建设提供参考和解决方案，推动创新型城市理论和实践的发展。 - 关键词：
城市建设；创新型城市；规划；连云港； - Abstract: Based on the definition of innovative city the paper defined the extent of the innovative urban construction and proposed the main tasks to innovate upon planning, technology, industry, the construction of innovative space and strategies for Lianyungang city. It aimed to develop the theory and practice of innovative city through providing reference and solution for innovative city planning and construction.
