结合《长沙县成品油站规划修编》实例，首先分析了我国加油站行业现状以及呈现单站规模大型化、服务综合化、更加注重安全和环境等发展趋势。其次归纳了我国目前加油站规划建设热潮背后存在的诸多安全隐患，主要体现在规划布局的随意性、相关规范的不严谨、工艺设计的欠环境、日常管理的疏忽等方面。最后提出了科学规划选址、确�安全距离、优化工艺设计、加强安全管理、建立应急体系等五个方面的对策及具体措施。 - 关键词：
加油站；安全；规划；规范；长沙县； - Abstract: Referring to the ‘planning for gas station in Changsha county’, the authors firstly analyses the present situation of the gas station industry, and the development trend, such as single station scale bigness, service integration, paying more attention to the safety and environmental protection. Then they summarize the security problems existing in planning and construction of gas station, mainly embodies the haphazardry of the layout, the imperfect of standard, the unrecyclable of process design, the negligence in daily management, etc. Finally the authors provide five categories of countermeasures and specific measures, including the scientific planning, to ensure the safe distance, to optimize process design, to strengthen the safety management, and to establish emergency system.
