介绍近年来南京市在建筑节能工作方面的做法与经验，即：健全工作机构，制�完善的政策法规，�化推动技术创新，为建筑节能提供保�障；在规划引领、政府监管、示范推广上为建筑节能深入发展提供动力；在可再生能源应用、绿色建筑、生态城区建设上为建筑节能工作开拓新路。南京市已成功申报全国可再生能源应用示范城市，需要开拓思路，继续推动建筑节能向深度、广度发展。 - 关键词：
建筑节能；示范；南京； - Abstract: This article introduces the working experience of energy saving of architecture in Nanjing, including building working institution and related policy and regulation, promoting technological innovations, and making security for energy saving of architecture. Nanjing government can provide dynamics on energy saving of architecture from planning direction, government monitoring, demonstration and spread. And we can exploit a new way on energy saving of architecture from reusable energy application, green architecture, ecological city building. Nanjing has succeeded and become one of the national demonstration cities for the application of reusable energies, and we need more breaking thinking and make energy saving of architecture go further.
