文章针对目前工业园区控制性详细规划编制中存在的用地分类与工业项目特征不吻合,忽略对土地经济效益的控制，缺乏动态适应性等问题，结合实证研究，提出其控规编制应进行适当调整，以强化工业用地的特殊性和经济性，并结合规划控制的动态适应性对其进行了系统完善，在此基础之上尝试构建一套适合工业园区开发建设的指标体系，旨在加强工业园区土地的利用效率。 - 关键词：
工业园区；控制性详细规划；编制方法调整； - Abstract: In the view of the problems existing in the current industrial park preparation of regulatory detailed planning, such as the noncoincidence between land classification and the characters of industrial project , the neglect of the control of economic benefits of land, the lack of dynamic adaptability and so on, with the combination of the empirical research, this paper proposes that the industrial park preparation of regulatory planning should be adjusted to emphasize the particularity and economic efficiency of industrial land. Simultaneously, the paper is calculated to build a set of index system which conforms to the development and construction of the industrial park, on the basis of using the dynamic adaptability of regulatory planning to perfect the system of industrial park, and to improve the utilization efficiency of industrial park.
