“城郊型”风景区向“城中型”风景区转变过程中，城市建设与风景区保护之间面临着现实而又复杂的问题，尤其是风景区的外围控制区域将成为保护与建设的焦点所在。本文通过丽水市南明山景区控制区概念规划的案例研究，探讨了“城中型”风景区及外围控制区可持续发展的对策思路。 - 关键词：
风景区；城郊型；城中型；外围控制区域；南明山； - Abstract: When scenic area changes from suburban type to city type, there are many real and complex problems between urban construction and the protection of scenic area. The external region under control of scenic area will be the focus of protection and construction. By the case study of concept planning on Nanmin mountain scenic area controlled region in Lishui city, this paper probes some countermeasures of sustainable development for city type scenic area.
