具有可持续发展特性的城市住区设计是当今城市规划研究的热点，也是未来城市生活倡导的主题。文章通过对瑞典斯德哥尔摩新阿斯塔法特住区国际建筑竞赛获奖方案进行解析，从城市一致性与可持续开发、都市混合与新旧并置、识别性强的公共空间等方面阐述了瑞典在城市住区规划设计方面的创新理念和策略，同时结合新阿斯塔法特住区竞赛获奖案例，归纳和总结出对我国城镇发展与社区建设的借鉴与启示。 - 关键词：
斯德哥尔摩；新阿斯塔法特；住区；国际竞赛；可持续发展； - Abstract: The design of sustainable urban neighborhood is not only a hot issue of current research on urban planning, but also a promoted theme for future urban life. Through the analysis of the winning projects of the international architecture competition for Stockholm's Nya Årstafältet neighborhood in Sweden, the paper mainly explores the creative concepts and strategies of urban neighborhood planning and design in Sweden, from the aspects of urban coherence and sustainable development, urban mix and exciting juxtapositions of old and new, public spaces with clear identity, and so on. Based on the winning projects of Nya Årstafältet neighborhood, some implications for urban and neighborhood development in China are summarized.
