居住空间分异特别是贫困阶层聚居是长期困扰发达国家和很多发展中国家的一个世界性难题。改革开放以来，中国城市社会深刻变化，居住空间分异与极化现象日益突出，由此引发的社会问题也已初见端倪。本文分析研究了我国城市居住空间分异及贫困阶层聚居的五大动因和社会影响，并运用系统理论，从收入分配、政策体制、城市规划、社会管理等方面进行了应对策略的探讨。 - 关键词：
居住空间；分异；隔离；极化；贫困阶层聚居； - Abstract: The residential space differentiation, especially the poverty concentration has been a worldwide problem which has plagued developed countries and many developing countries for long time. Since Reform and Opening up, with the profound changes of China urban society, the differentiation and polarization phenomena of residential space have been getting increasingly standing out, and the social problems caused thereby have emerged. This paper analyzed the motivations and social influences of urban residential space differentiation and poverty concentration in our country. Through applying the system theory, it explored the countermeasure in terms of income distribution, policy system, urban planning and social management etc.
