针对现行《城乡规划法》存在的缺陷，通过对国外城市规划法治经验的借鉴，提出了法治视角下适合我国实际情况的《城乡规划法》完善思路，包括法治规划的社会平衡性、法规间的协同统一，和法之含义的明确界说。 - 关键词：
法治; 城乡规划法; 城市规划 - Abstract: From the Perspective of rule of law, defects of current Urban-rural Planning Law are analyzed. Furthermore, drawing on the experiences of foreign urban planning law, ideas of how to perfect Chinese Urban-rural Planning Law is proposed, which are as follows: social balance of legislative planning; coordination of laws and the clear definition of planning law.
