目前，苏州工业园区服务外包载体规划建设标准高、定位及分工较为明确、注重公共服务平台的搭建，形成了多点化的空间布局特征。但同时存在内部竞争较大、载体选址不够理想、商务成本较高以及配套设施不够完善等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了均质化优惠政策、整合现有载体、优化商务成本、完善公共交通以及健全公共服务设施等对策来进一步优化苏州工业园区服务外包载体发展。同时，这一系列经验、问题以及对策值得正在大力建设服务外包载体的城市参考借鉴。 - 关键词：
苏州工业园区；服务外包载体；问题与对策； - Abstract: Nowadays, though there are many features of SIP service outsourcing, such as high standard plan, clear orientation and division, focus of development of public service platform and multipoint space layout, however, there are still some problems in the process development, like excessive internal competition, unsuitable location, high business cost and lack of service facilities. For further SIP service outsourcing carrier development optimization, this paper puts forward the countermeasures including the provision of same preferential policies, integration of existing carriers, reduction of business cost, addition of more public transports and perfection of service facilities. All of above are worth being considered by cities which are developing service outsourcing carrier for reference.
