论文分析了我国矿业城市工业废弃地更新利用中存在的不同利益群体的利益冲突、法规政策滞后与缺位、发展模式单调趋同等三方面问题及其产生原因。提出了工业废弃地系统协同再生的理论观点，构建了系统协同再生的研究结构。进而，对系统协同再生的目标进行解析，讨论系统进化的总目标、各子系统进化目标以及各子系统之间协同目标；探索系统协同再生的运行机制以及工业废弃地土地更新利用规划对策的框架和模式。 - 关键词：
矿业城市；工业废弃地；土地更新利用规划； - Abstract: In this paper the author points out three dominating problems in the reuse process of industrial wasteland in mining cities in China, which are the benefit contradictions among relevant groups, the scarcity of policies as well as the monotony of developing modes. In addition, the concept of “Co-Regeneration” is brought forward, by which the research framework is determined. Under this condition, the aim of system Co-Regeneration is analyzed; the general objective of system evolution, the objectives of sub-system evolution and the co-objectives of sub-systems are discussed. Furthermore, the system working mechanism, the frameworks and the modes of planning strategies in the reuse of industrial wasteland are probed into.
