城镇内部冲沟坡地是开发和保护难度都较大的区域。本文结合河南中西部丘陵地区城镇规划实践，分析冲沟坡地的规划学特征以及土地利用的优势和劣势，提出土地利用规划的基本模式。合理规划冲沟坡地，强化防灾规划，提高用地效率，重视城市设计，可使城内冲沟变“废”为“宝”，城镇风貌别具一格，因而是丘陵地区城镇建设的一种良好选择。 - 关键词：
冲沟坡地；土地利用；总体规划；竖向规划； - Abstract: Gully and slope land in towns are relatively difficult to develop and protect. Integrating the practices of town planning of hilly regions in central-west Henan Province,the paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages as well as disadvantages in land use of gully and slope land,and puts forward the basic styles of land use planning of gully and slope land. The rational planning of gully and slope land, and strengthened planning of disasters, as well as efficiency-improved land use and excellent urban design may help promoting the full use of gully and slope land, and also making the town keep unique styles.
