开发区是我国城市化和城市发展的重要动力和主要载体，是具有中国特色的城市发展理论体系中的重要组成部分，但在不同的时期，开发区对城市空间结构的影响方式和影响强度是不一样的。论文总结了开发区对我国城市发展的重要意义，分析了开发区与城市空间关系的演进历程，提出我国开发区与城市的空间关系已经经历了两个阶段，即开发区的“孤岛”和“飞地”阶段、开发区对城市空间影响效应增强阶段，现在已经进入开发区与城市空间融合阶段。文章还对我国开发区当前面临的职住分离问题、管理体制与行政区划问题、交通系统问题等进行了分析，并提出了对应的解决办法。 - 关键词：
开发区；城市空间重构； - Abstract: Development Zones are important driving force of Chinese urbanization, which is a significant component in the Chinese-characteristic urbanization theory. At different stages, the relationship between the Development Zone and its relevant city is different. This paper summarizes the significance of Development Zone and city development. Then it analyzes the evolution process of the relationship between Development Zone and City. In this paper, the author puts forward the spatial relationship between Development Zone and City that can be divided into three stages, which are the isolated island stage, correlative stage and integrative stage. At last this paper analyzes some common problems met by Development Zones nowadays.
