实践证明，农民工在城市化进程中发挥了积极的作用，将半城市化的农民工转化为城镇市民是当前及今后一个阶段的重点任务，这其中，农民工住房问题的解决显得尤为关键。通过对江苏案例的实证分析，认为农民工住房存在保障低、环境差、配套少、区位远等问题。为从根本上解决农民工住房问题，需要通过机制与政策创新，引导更多的农民工进入中小城镇，加强城市规划与住房规划的协同，并将住房保障覆盖面扩大至广大农民工，全面改善农民工住区环境，提高农民工就业收入水平以便从根本上增强其住房消费能力。 - 关键词：
农民工住房；中小城镇发展；规划协同；保障扩面； - Abstract: Practice has proved that the process of migrant workers in cities plays an active role in China’ s urbanization, and how to transform these semi-urban migrant workers into urban public with room to live will be the current and future key tasks. Through empirical analysis of Jiangsu, we found that there were many issues regarding migrant workers’ housing, such as rare housing security, poor environment, little supporting and remote location and so on. In order to fundamentally solve the housing problems of migrant workers, we need mechanisms and policy innovation, including developing of Medium-sized cities and small towns, collaborative planning between city and houses, housing security of migrant workers, environmental improvement of community and increase of the income level of employment of migrant workers to increase their housing consumption capacity.
