近年来，我国城市洪涝灾害频繁发生，城市防洪排涝直接涉及城市安危和市民日常生活、生产。本文从寻找问题成因着手，探讨解决问题的对策措施，从而系统地提高城市防洪排涝能力。 - 关键词：
城市防洪；城市排涝；问题成因；措施对策； - Abstract: In recent years, city floods occur frequently in our country. Urban flood prevention and drainage is directly related to urban safety and security of our daily life. This thesis aims to find the causes of this problem, explore solutions to this problem, and improve urban flood drainage capacity.
