我国城市历史街区在建筑、文物等“静态”文化的保护和展示已经取得了一定成果，但街区文化与百姓生活、城市发展的“活性”互动鲜见。在分析历史街区发展规律和文化“活性”来源的基础上，尝试从文化定位、建筑与空间、民众参与和文化产品创造四个角度，结合天津五大道实例，对城市历史街区塑造文化“活性”的途径做系统探讨。其间突出非物质文化保护、街区与城市的联动、谋划街区未来等“活性”因素，使城市历史街区文化既有自身可持续发展的活力，又有激发城市文化再生的“活性”。 - 关键词：
城市历史街区；文化活性；塑造；五大道； - Abstract: Urban historical district has made some achievements in protection and exhibition of historical const ruct ion and cultural relics. Compared to the achievements of “stat ic” culture protect ion, the interaction between historical district culture and urban life is rarely seen. Based on the analysis of the historical district development regularity and culture "active" source, some suggestions for culture activity construction of historical district regarding cultural orientation, architecture, space, people's participation and the creation of the cultural products have been put forward. Combined with the cases of Tianjin Five Avenue Historical District, the discussion put great stress on the “active” genes, such as the intangible cultural protection, the linkage between the historical district and downtown area, a plan of the district's future, etc., which will make the culture of the historical districts not only develop sustainably, but also stimulate the urban culture regeneration actively.
