历史文化街区是名城保护三个层次的重要组成部分。本文论述了历史文化街区名称的演变过程及其特征，结合名城大检查的实例，从有与无、是与否、好与坏三个方面对历史文化街区现状问题进行剖析，并探讨进一步完善的途径。 - 关键词：
历史文化街区；名城大检查；问题讨论； - Abstract: Historic Conservation Area is one signifcant component of three hierarchies of Chinese national historic city preservation. This paper discusses the evolution of Historic Conservation Area including its name, contents and characteristics, combines with the cases from the “Review for national historic cities conservation” last year, analyses its current situation and problems from three different aspects, and then explores the approach to further the improvement of Historic Conservation Area.
