当前，在北京南部新区发展战略中，决策者面临着在不同时间视角下选择双中心平衡增长路径或单中心非均衡增长路径的问题。基于局部溢出模型，本文构建了北京南部新区的城区发展战略分析模型，对这一问题进行了分析，得出了相关结论并提出了有关建议。 - 关键词：
北京南部新区；局部溢出模型；单中心；双中心 - Abstract: Currently, the decision makers of Beijing Southern District¡¯s development strategy face growth path choice of double center or single center. Based on the LS model, the paper constructs the Beijing Southern District¡¯s development strategy analysis model. In this paper, we implement an analysis to this problem, draw some conclusions and put forward the related proposal.
