文章对南京市四大片区的保障房项目的质量监管模式进行了梳理和总结，提出整合监督资源、优化检测手段，统一建设标准、确保项目品质，优选参建单位、激励创先争优，严抓安全生产、强化文明施工等方面是保证质量的有力手段。 - 关键词：
保障房；质量；监管； - Abstract: The article reviews and summarizes the quality supervision mode of four area public housings in Nanjing city. It puts forward several suggestions, such as integrated supervision resources, optimization of detection means, unified construction standard, insurance of project quality , optimization of the construction unit, and strengthening of civilization construction.
