- 摘要：
慢行交通是实现低碳、可持续发展目标的交通模式，也是连接城市公共避难空间的主要通道。本文针对当前城市灾害频发、公共避难空间资源有限、可达性较差等问题，提出慢行交通系统与公共避难空间整合建设的思路。为实现慢行交通空间的安全性和安全避难空间的系统性，文章从规划设计和交通管理等方面提出对策建议。 - 关键词：
城市慢行交通系统；城市公共避难空间；整合建设；规划对策；交通管理； - Abstract: Non-motorized transportation is a green traffc way that can achieve low-carbon and sustainable development goals. In addition, non-motorized transportation is main channel to link public emergency spaces. Under the background of frequent urban disasters, public emergency spaces have many problems, such as, limited space resources, poor accessibility, and so on. This paper puts forward construction integration about urban non-motorized network and public emergency space. In order to realize the safety of non-motorized transportation and systematic layout of public emergency space, this paper will propose corresponding strategies from the perspective of urban planning and transportation management.
