近年来，“城管妖魔化”有日益加剧的趋势。在内部职能增多、外部舆论误解的时代语境下，城管人面临巨大压力，在面对有可能引起冲突、引发负面新闻事件的管理事件时，容易产生“管还是不管”、“少管还是多管”、“管还是严管”等伦理困境。本文着眼于从城管人“理性作为”的视角，探讨破解城管伦理困境和消解“城管妖魔化”的制度体系的建构路径。 - 关键词：
城管妖魔化；伦理困境；理性作为；制度纾解； - Abstract: In recent years, urban demonized has presented a growing trend.In the era context of increasing internal function and external opinion misunderstood, city management are facing tremendous pressure.In the face of likely confict and negative news event,easily produces ethical dilemma such as adminstrate or not, strengthen or reduce and strict or relax management.The article will focuse on the perspective from the “rational being”of urban people, discuss the method of setting system to solve the urban adminstration ethical dilemmas and“urban demonized” problem.
