以推动城市公共交通规划的法治建设为目标，分析新形势下我国城市公共交通规划的转变趋向，就规划编制体系、编制主体、编制程序等方面存在的问题进行剖析，通过对国外城市公共交通规划法治经验的借鉴，提出了我国城市公共交通规划编制法治化完善的具体途径。 - 关键词：
城市公共交通；规划编制；法治化； - Abstract: To promote the legalization process of public transport planning, the development trend of the public transport planning under the new situations in China is analyzed and the problems existing on the planning framework, participants and procedure are probed. Drawing on the experiences of foreign urban public transport law, the paper proposes the concrete ways of how to perfect the legalization of Chinese urban public transport planning.
