英国是低碳发展的倡导者之一，在低碳社区建设方面积累了丰富的理论和实践经验。基于对具有代表性的Low Carbon Community Challenge（LCCC）项目的案例研究，从实施模式、技术措施选择及公众参与三个层面加以分析，探讨英国低碳社区建设过程中的成功经验及对我国的启示。 - 关键词：
低碳社区；实施模式；低碳技术；公众参与； - Abstract: The UK is one of the promoters for low carbon development, and has accumulated a wealth of theoretical and practical experience in the construction of low-carbon communities. A case-study of the representative project Low Carbon Community Challenge (LCCC) shows the successful experience of low carbon construction in the UK and its enlightenments to China in three ways of the mode of implementation, the selection of technical measures, and public participation.
