近年来，台湾投资逐步向中西部地区转移，西部重点中心城市率先成为承接台资转移的重要集聚区域。ECFA 的签署，进一步加强了两岸经贸关系，西部地区要抓住ECFA 带给两岸经贸合作的新机遇，充分发挥交通、科技、人才等方面的比较优势，推进台湾投资在产业、贸易、金融、文化、科技和人员往来等各个领域的先行先试的合作，打造台商投资新高地，并为台湾投资如何更好地根植西部提供经验示范。 - 关键词：
ECFA；中心城市；先行先试；对策建议； - Abstract: In recent years, Taiwan investment gradually transferred to center-west region, especially western key cities become the first Taiwan-funded transfer to undertake important gathering in the region. The signing of ECFA further strengthened the economic and trade relations between mainland and Taiwan. The west region should take advantage of the new opportunities provided by ECFA, making full use of the comparative advantages in transportation, technology and talents to push for more Taiwan investment in manufacturing, trade, finance, culture, science and technology and personnel exchange, building a new platform for Taiwan investment and setting a good example.
