人口结构是影响住房需求的重要因素之一：其中年龄结构和城乡结构对城市提供足够的住房数量提出了一个挑战，而住房数量和户型的需求又受家庭户数量和家庭结构变化的影响。为了更好地发挥重庆公租房的社会功能，本研究采用问卷调查的方式，以重庆市已经配租了的和正在等待配租的所有申请者为样本，算出了一个合理、有效、适用的公租房户型比例，这个研究数据可以用来指导接下来的公租房规划与建设。因此，研究人口结构对重庆市公租房配置需求的总量和房型结构面积影响具有重要的现实意义。 - 关键词：
人口结构；公租房；户型；比例； - Abstract: Demand for houses in different types and levels marks a typical phenomenon of city life, while population structure significantly affects house demand. The number of apartments and the types of housing are influenced by the number of families and the structure of the family. The research adopted the approach of survey, using all the applicants who have rented or are in waiting list of the public rental apartments as a sample, to calculate the most reasonable, effective and applicable proportion of rental housing types to maximize the social functions of the public rental housing in Chonqing.
