南通；基本现代化；人口老龄化； - Abstract: This article analyzes the challenges that population aging brings to the preliminary modernization in view of the situation and characteristics of the Nantong population aging. The methods of helping Nantong deal with the challenge of population aging from three aspects of government, society and individual are put forward in the article.
