快速城镇化背景下，城中村问题已经成为中小城市发展中必须面对的问题。本文以中原经济区中小城市的城中村为研究对象，通过对此类城市发展特点及城中村特征的分析，结合巩义市里沟村改造的实例，提出此类城中村的改造应遵循多维度改造路径、多样化模式选择及多阶段实施方法的改造理念；然后从产业发展、空间环境、社会发展方面给出了多样化的策略；最后通过更新改造单元实施手段的运用、灵活更新改造主体的选择和详细经济测算体系的构建，形成适合这一类城市的较为系统的城中村改造模式。 - 关键词：
中原经济区；中小城市；城中村；改造模式； - Abstract: Under the rapid urbanization, “village in city” is the issue that small and medium-sized cities should be confronted with. This paper studies similar cities and urban development characteristics by using example of Ligou village. The renewal concept for following multidimensional renewal paths, diversified models and multi-step practices and diversification strategies of developments of industry, space and society are presented. Finally, scientific reconstruction mode of “village in city” has been formed, via renewal unit, renewal subject and economic measuring system.
