公共服务设施的缺位已成为城市持续发展的瓶颈之一。本文从公共服务设施的新内涵入手，明确研究对象，然后提出规划理念，最后以浙江安吉为例，从配置标准、服务规模、控制体系、控制模式四大方面对公共服务设施体系规划的研究重点进行阐述。 - 关键词：
新用地分类标准；公共服务设施；安吉； - Abstract: The lack of public service facilities is becoming a barrier that hinders the healthy and sustainable development in cities. Starting from the new meaning of public service facilities, the paper explicated the object of study, and then put forward ideas. Finally, in the case study of Anji, Zhejiang, the paper described the research focus from the standard configuration, the service scale, control system, and control mode in four major areas.
