- 城市新建地区社区公共设施优化配置的思考与建议——以南京市河西地区为例

文章在对南京河西地区社区中心实地调研基础上，分析河西社区层面公共设施规划建设的现状与问题，评价《南京城市新建地区配套公共设施规划指引》的实施效果。分析结果显示《指引》对于公共设施规划建设发挥了积极作用，但在设施规模、操作性方面还存在一些问题。文章总结河西中、北部片区社区公共设施规划建设及运营管理的经验和教训，对《指引》中存在的问题、不足及背离实际之处予以修正和完善，并引导各地城市新建区社区公共服务设施的合理规划和有序建设。 - 关键词：
城市社区；公共设施；优化配置；南京河西； - Abstract: Through consulting literature and field investigation of the community center in Hexi area of Nanjing, the paper analyzes the situation and problems of public facilities planning for urban community in Hexi, and evaluates the practice effect of the Guidance. The results show that the Guidance has had a positive effect on public facilities planning, but it still has some problem on facility area and feasibility. This paper summarizes the experience and lessons of planning and Operation Management of community’s public facilities in north and middle areas of Hexi,improves the Guidance, and provides some planning guidance and layout suggestion for public facilities in new area of city.
