为积极打造创意城市，“文化区”成为时下城市管理者积极采用的空间政策。首先梳理了创意城市话语对城市的空间和产业的要求，接着讨论了“文化区”的概念辨析和类型划分，继而对三类“文化区”在欧美国家的典型实践案例进行了讨论，重点关注其对于城市经济、社会、文化及创意形成的影响。最后对我国的文化区建设与运行模式进行了反思，并提出了几点启示。 - 关键词：
创意城市；文化区；创意生产；国际经验； - Abstract: In order to make creative cities, policy makers all over the world currently favor the Cultural District strategy. This article firstly explores the key requirements on place-making and industry under the creative city discourse and then discusses the concept of CD and its categorization. Then, this article discusses the economic, social and cultural influences of the three main types of CD using mostly western cases. Finally, it reflects on the construction and management of Chinese CD and giving corresponding suggestions.
