随着我国地下空间的开发与利用进入大规模发展的阶段，规划学界对于地下空间规划控制的理论研究也在逐步开展之中。本文从城市生态学角度出发，阐述了城市地下空间开发中控制地下空间开发密度的重要性，并从影响因素、控制建议、开发模式、保障措施等方面进行了深入分析。 - 关键词：
地下空间开发；密度控制；城市生态学； - Abstract: With the large-scale development and utilization of underground space in China, the theoretical study of urban underground space planning control has been implemented. Based on the view of urban ecology, this paper expounds the importance of the density control of urban underground space development, and deeply analyzes the influencing factors, controlling suggestions, development model, and the security measures.
