近年来，随着城市转型与产业升级，许多传统企业迁出城市中心区域，遗留下大量的废弃闲置工业建筑。对这些旧工业建筑究竟是拆除重建，还是改造再利用，成为社会关注的焦点。针对拆除重建这一解决方式，本文基于新的建筑观与城市发展观，提出对旧工业建筑进行改造更新再利用的系统解决方案。 - 关键词：
旧工业建筑；改造；策略； - Abstract: In recent years, with urban transformation and industrial upgrading, many traditional enterprises have moved away from the city center area, leaving a large number of abandoned industrial buildings. Whether to demolish and rebuild them, or to renovate and reuse them, has become the social issues. This paper, based on new architectural view and the urban development view，proposes systematic solution for the renovation and reuse of old industrial buildings.
