矿业城镇在发展转型过程中，面临多种变数，存在多种不确定性，这需要灵活的土地使用政策来适应。本文以“灰色用地”在湘潭市鹤岭镇总体规划中的实践为例，详细阐述了“灰色用地”在矿业城镇规划中的指导作用和应用方法。 - 关键词：
灰色用地；矿业城镇；总体规划 - Abstract: There are many unpredictable factors in the process of the transition of mining industry cities. Thus a flexible policy of land use should be implemented to adapt to this transition. This study mainly analyzes the practice of ¡°grey land¡± idea in the overall planning of Heling, Xiangtan city, and explores the guidance and application of this idea in the planning of mining industry cities.
