在“西风东渐”的强势文化语境下，中国丰富的地域文化由于缺乏对自身体系的清醒认识而深陷“同质化”危机，如何使中华民族优秀的文化基因得以保存并找到适宜中国土壤的传承路径是社会各界亟待研究的深刻课题。研究试图在城乡规划视域下以文化基因作为研究对象，通过对地域文化中物质文化基因与非物质文化基因进行解构来构建文化基因谱系图；将文化基因谱系图中文化基因梳理归类提出主体基因、附着基因、混合基因三种基因类型，并依据各自属性在文化战略嫁接、文化符号植入、文化生态保育三种模式中选择适宜的传承路径，最终实现文化资源向文化资本的转变。并以古滇国文化基因的谱系图构建与传承路径为探索先例，希望以一种全新的生物遗传学视角对地域文化的保护、发展与传承提供借鉴指导。 - 关键词：
文化基因；文化基因谱系图；传承路径； - Abstract: In the "Strong western winds" cultural context, Chinese local culture mired in "homogenization" crisis because of the lack of clear understanding of their own system. How to make the excellent Chinese cultural elements preserved and find appropriate inheritance path that fits Chinese soil is an urgent subject of the society. Research tries to build culture gene pedigree chart in the areas of urban planning and make culture gene as research object, through the deconstruction of material culture and non-material culture gene. According to the classification of culture gene pedigree chart, research proposed main gene, attachment gene and mixer gene. The three types of gene respectively corresponds culture strategy, symbol implant and ecological conservation three models. Eventually, culture resources change to culture capital. The research makes the ancient Dian culture as case study, in the hope of providing a reference guide for the culture protection and transmission.
